"Justice was very patient and helpful during this difficult time. She was professional, attentive, compassionate and eager to assist. I was frazzled a bit from all the efforts I've been putting in since the accident a week ago. She scanned documents and uploaded them to the claim file for State Farm. She offered her continued support throughout the claims process including sending messages to State Farm claims staff, leaving voice mails and agreeing to follow up on issues.
